Why this works
- Ensure compliance with all ENERGY STAR, GRESB, LEED and BPS frameworks.
- Flagging to indicate when a metric is failing or breaching regulations.
- Transforms raw data to easily understandable ESG metrics with Executive_Scorecard which are then presented in simple dashboard format.
- Connect Capex_Roadmap directly to an asset's compliance risk therefore allowing quantification of IRR (Internal Rate of Return) and avoiding potential fines.
- Built-in evidence repository facilitates audit preparedness, supports submissions and streamlines responses to lender requests.
- Scale from reporting on a single asset to reporting at a portfolio level using the same structure and without having to rework.
High-impact use cases
BPS readiness
- Identify BPS risks as soon as possible to develop a strategy so that no additional future penalties occur.
Green financing
- Use data and evidence from the Executive_Scorecard for lending purposes and within green bond frameworks.
Portfolio upgrades
- Prioritize all upgrades based on Return On Investment (ROI) and compliance risk to preserve property value.
Tenant experience
- Track indoor air quality metrics and share the results of the tracking via green guides to enhance tenant experience.
Annual GRESB cycle
- Incorporate owners assigned to the GRESB_Alignment in the annual GRESB cycle to help complete missing evidence points and improve submission accuracy.
